CardAbroad 是一个免费、独立的小工具,帮在境外刷卡的人算清"到底该怎么付最省",并识别自己有没有被 DCC(动态货币转换)偷偷多扣。它由一位有支付行业背景的开发者独立制作,与任何银行、卡组织或商户无任何隶属关系。CardAbroad is a free, independent tool that helps people paying by card abroad work out the cheapest way to pay, and spot whether they've been quietly overcharged by DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion). It is built by an independent developer with a payments background and has no affiliation with any bank, card network or merchant.
出国刷卡时,费用往往分好几层叠加——境外交易费、货币转换费、以及最坑的 DCC 加价(3%~7%)。绝大多数人不知道结账时"选当地货币还是本国货币"会差这么多钱。市面上的计算器大多只是简单乘一个百分比,既不准也讲不清。CardAbroad 把每一层费用拆开算准,并且把 Visa/万事达、银联、DCC 三条路同屏对比,让你一眼知道掏哪张卡、怎么付最省。Abroad, card fees stack in layers — foreign transaction fee, currency conversion fee, and worst of all the DCC markup (3%–7%). Most people don't realise that choosing "local vs home currency" at checkout can cost so much more. Most calculators just multiply by a single percentage — neither accurate nor clear. CardAbroad models each layer accurately and compares the Visa/Mastercard, UnionPay and DCC paths side by side, so you know at a glance which card to use and how to pay the least.
CardAbroad 是纯客户端的:你输入的金额和费率完全在你的浏览器里计算,不上传、不存储到任何服务器。我们只在你浏览器本地保存界面偏好(语言、深浅色)。可选的"实时汇率"按钮会向公开的第三方服务(基于欧洲央行数据)获取参考汇率,只发送你选择的两个货币代码,不传任何个人信息。详见 隐私政策。CardAbroad is client-side: the amounts and rates you enter are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded or stored on any server. We only keep your interface preferences (language, theme) locally. The optional "Live rate" button fetches reference rates from a public third-party service (based on European Central Bank data), sending only the two currency codes you picked — no personal data.
